Rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a minimum rental period of 7 nights.

Please e-mail us at SanibelE26@aol.com or call us at (630) 978-0509 to confirm availability and current rates. If we cannot accommodate you, we can refer you to the Pointe Santo Owner Referral group that includes approximately 40 other owners within Pointe Santo.
Fees & Taxes
Florida state & tourist taxes (11%) and optional trip insurance.
Deposits
$55 non-refundable damage waiver policy (or refundable $300 deposit)
Payment Methods Accepted / Cancellation & Return Policy
Major credit cards accepted by property manager. Cancellation & return policy information is provided by property manager at time of reservation
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check in on your arrival date is 4:00 PM and check-out on your departure date is 10:00 AM.
Pet Policy
Condo association rules prohibit guests from having pets in the units.
